Jessica is an Advanced Trainer/Nutrition Consultant certified through the National Personal Training Institute located in Santa Monica,CA. Educated in body mechanics with emphasis in quality of life improvement. She is passionate about helping clients achieve their desired fitness goals.
Ron utilizes his fitness experiences -crossfit/spin/group excursive and various formats to provide a complete wellness program. He trains and educates clients in the gym, in their home, and at work.

Dominic is a former competitive athlete, having participated in football, baseball, and basketball through high school. Dominic then went on to play 2 years of Junior College baseball at West Hills Community College (2002-2004). Dominic is very passionate about the development of student-athletes and helping non-athletes reach their goals as well.
Cory has taken his love of bodyweight training and yoga to create a balanced and fun fitness program that will challenge your balance and flexibility in a way that promotes functional strength. You will be sure to enjoy the weight loss, toning, and increased flexibility that comes with his style of fitness expertise.

Chris has been a Personal Trainer for four years now. With all his experience he combines it together for programing and workouts like no other. Health and wellness are his main focus for his clients.
